Jacci has years of experience navigating the ins and outs of insurance. Her number one priority is determining a patient's coverage. Jacci files the needed paperwork and works directly with the insurance company to make your experience as seamless as possible. She also helps with hearing aid cleanings, answering the phones, and ensuring that everyone that comes into Heart Mountain Hearing leaves with a smile.
